Since the 1980s, there has been a Brahma Kumaris meditation school in Hamburg at various locations. We rented the current centre in Borsteler Chaussee 17 in 2015 and have since been offering a diverse programme to the public on a voluntary basis. Although hardly any events were possible in the last two years due to the Corona situation, we were able to maintain our centre due to the voluntary support of our participants, friends and donors. Our active team has also been reduced in recent years due to illness, moving away and age. However, due to Corona, we have continued to hold our Sunday meditation and text reading in a smaller group of people. After Corona, we have also intensified our contact with the Indian Raj Yogis of Hamburg and now hold our events together.

Our concern is to offer people an open space without conditions, prerequisites or anything in return. Everyone is invited to come and find peace and strength in the quiet atmosphere, to be inspired to new ideas, insights or changes, or to actively contribute, participate and help shape things themselves.
